DMLink Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DMLink app and service provided by Niyazi Yaşar (“Rilotti”, “we”). By using DMLink you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DMLink sends the message and link you prepare, as a private reply, to people who comment your chosen keywords on posts of your Instagram professional account. The service runs on Instagram’s official API.
2. Who can use DMLink
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be authorised to manage the Instagram account you connect.
- Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines continue to apply to you.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of the messages and links you send.
- You may not use DMLink for spam, misleading content, harmful links, or to promote illegal products or services.
- You are responsible for respecting the rights of the people you message and for complying with applicable law (for example, rules on commercial electronic messages and data protection).
- You must keep your account credentials secure.
4. Meta’s limits
Instagram allows at most one private reply per comment, sent within 7 days of the comment, and an hourly sending limit per account. DMLink follows these limits, so some messages may be delayed or not sent. If Meta changes its rules or API, some features may change or stop working.
5. Fees
If DMLink offers paid plans, prices and conditions are shown clearly in the app before you buy. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using DMLink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the security of an Instagram account at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
DMLink is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages of Instagram or Meta services, restrictions Meta places on your account, or damage arising from content you send.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app. If you keep using DMLink after a change, you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
